Good selection of produce. However some of the prices are high. I won't give specific examples but please look at everyday items ! Otherwise a great place to browse and fill your basket.

Great garden centre, farm shop and butcher. We get all our meat from the butcher, friendly staff and great cuts of meat, sausages etc.
Garden centre pretty much always has what we need and plants have been good quality (if they die it is down to me!). Farm shop is good to find something different or a treat.

Nice and big place. However, no access for people to go to farms or fields nearby. Restaurant area is nice, it just needs more private huts outside so more people can enjoy them without any prebookings. Need more heaters outside for dining outside in garden. For the price, their food quality is ordinary. Some young staff in restaurant are amazingly nice.

Easy to order, friendly staff, Petula is professional and the produce I have received is fresh, other than fruit and veg, their bakery, cakes and gluten free biscuits are delicious, I enjoy their sugar free biscuits too. Try their spices, full of taste.
Reasonable prices, and free delivery over £20.
Sally who delivers is friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service I receive.

Not a real farm shop and hardly any local veg. Super disappointed. Under the local fruit sign everything was from Brazil, New Zealand, Italy etc. Some great cheeses but otherwise mostly junk food. Garden centre was worth a visit.

I visited The Polhill Farm Shop on 4th May and I purchased a few items.
One of the items was a Large Lamb and a Mint pie.
I was really looking forward to it but how disappointed I was.
I’m sure it was out of date although I did not check the packaging.
There was no taste except for a slight hint of mint. Honestly, it could only have had 3 pieces of lamb inside.
The pie cost £4.50 I’ll make my own in future
I emailed the shop as yet have not had a reply.

Not as Kentish as I’d hoped, pretty generic shop stock although the bakery is local, the cheese didn’t appear to be. What was worth the journey was the butchers! Amazing! Great spicy sausage. And a bone so big it’s kept my dog busy for hours! So that gets it an extra point

Love this place. They sell everything a farm shop should plus loads of extras to keep kids happy. They have an amazing sauce/pickle/ chutney selection! you can easily spend 30 mins milling around in just the farm shop. It does get expensive but well worth it as they have items you cant find elsewhere. I even worked there when I was a kid!
