Took my BMW for a full service today and Alex has looked after it well! The service was well priced, offering strong value for money, but he looks after each car like it's his own. He's given me some knowledge about cars and the ins and out, and what to look out for. I really appericiate the feedback and for him being a sound, geniune guy answering all the questions I threw at him. Whenever my car needs sorting, it's going straight to Alex as I can trust him with my cars.

Service for my VW golf was smooth, quick and transparent. Alex and his team was skilful and efficient. Spark plug change was carried out at an affordable price using good parts. It was worth taking the long journey to visit this garage, and I was accommodated graciously while I was waiting for my service to finish (as I could not travel back during the service). Called the garage and they collected my car for me as it wasn’t starting. Fully expected a high cost but Alex tested the car and it was a battery fault so replaced that. He could have told me it was anything as I’ve got no clue about cars but he’s clearly a very honest mechanic and I’ll be using him again. Fair price and excellent service. Definitely recommend! Alex at TSR replaced my clutch in my semiautomatic car. The work was done well and for a reasonable price. There were some delays due to sourcing of parts but it wasn't TSR's fault and they kept me informed of the revised timeline. I would recommend using them.
