I have Used Sevenoaks Aerials a number of times. Always polite and professional and have always fixed the problem. Would highly recommend.

Avoid! A local technician 'having attended jobs' in the past at my development would know there was a communal service connecting to my property and therefore also must've known that he would need access to that which would need arrangement with the management company. Instead I got a £40 call out charge for 2 mins work checking the TV points which had no signal. That's not news to me - my TV is already telling me there's no signal! When I checked with the management company they told me contractors regularly access the communal dish - something this gentleman now refuses to do. Saw an opportunity to bag £40 for zero work and leave me high and dry without a resolution to my problem. [Update on this] Another company came in today. Nothing wrong with communal service (everyone else is watching TV). It was a simple case of switching the signal on the points with the router situated in meter room. When I explained the experience I had to this engineer he couldn't believe I'd been so badly ripped off. This is basic 101 stuff. No interest in investigating or asking the right questions - this man had no interest in helping me just took my money and left. Rude on the phone, arrogant and lazy in person.

Zero Stars actually! AVOID!! Rude, Ungentlemanly, badly behaved and downright disrespectful (possibly because it was a woman at home??? ) David became irritated when asked to do some extra work. He seemed irritated by this and raised his voice on more than 1 occasion, an attitude that miraculously disappeared when my son appeared from out of his room. David for some strange reason insisted my wife pay him before leaving the property, even though our agreement was that I would pay him direct via bank transfer oh and by the way, David came into the house and carried on his work without a mask!

I called Sevenoaks Aerials on a Saturday and he called by two days later. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable and I found him to be rather pleasant. Wouldn't have any trouble using again.

Called Sevenoaks Aerials today (Saturday) for my elderly parents as TV lost all signal and a lose connection in the loft. Dave came within 30 mins, repaired the connections and re programmed the TV all for a £40.00 call out fee. Fabulous service and certainly not a rip off.

My elderly, disabled mum had to call this man back 3 times. Each time he stood on tip toe and moved the pole her satellite dish was on at the total cost of £150. When her TV went off for the 4th time she was advised to call a different company, who brought a ladder and found the problem immediately.. a missing bolt! When i complained he put the phone down on me!! *AVOID* especially if youre elderly!!!

Great service. Everything works perfectly.
