Used to be average but now forget it !

Prity poor wash and finish, should have waited till it rained as l would have gotten the same result. Price is extortionate for the service. Not surprised that it was empty at 3 in the afternoon on a sunny dry day. Won’t be using again.

Do not recommend, the car is still so dirty and I caught them going through my belongings!

Under no circumstances would I EVER use this place again - the "Gold" wash was distinctly average, this was on a Saturday with only one other car being washed when I pulled up, so no huge pressure to get through them in a rush. when I came back obvious dust still visible on the door sill so moisture had never touched it, this was rectified when I brought it up, by hand. I reckon two thirds of the car was actually washed and they had probably run out of any chemicals as still grimy when complete. To add insult to an already inflated price of £25 they also managed to trash the drivers matt clip and rather than admit it just buried the piece of plastic under the other things in the door map pocket. I asked for £20 mini valet, they charged me £30… which i accepted as my car had not been cleaned in a while. But when i picked up the car there were smear marks all over the windows, they had not vacuumed between the seats and there was still dirt on my dash. Good service. I left my car with them and went to mooch around the garden centre. When I returned it was lovely and clean, vacuumed inside, dashboard wiped, windows clean. I don't go to Polhill very often but would use them again. Definitely better than the place I have been using. Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Went to car wash for a gold service for my car (£15) and worker said "can't do gold cause your car is too dirty" amd wanted to charge a mini service (£20). Nowhere states that if your car is too dirty you can't have the service you want. Think this is disgusting.

Best car wash around the area. Always used the mini valet option and I think it’s the best car wash in the area.

Cleaned the car very well, but the inside was rushed a little I feel leaving smears on the inside windscreen.
